BMON Weather - How's The Weather?

In troubleshooting, sometimes it’s nice to compare your site with something that’s working.

This BMON site has a number of Alaskan National Weather Service Internet Weather Stations that report to it fairly reliably and regularly. If your BMON instance isn’t receiving weather data, check here to verify the station is up and running.

Everything still look good and still no weather data?

Try manually running your BMON cron job from a command line to see if it’s running successfully, recently I was seeing a failure because my cron did not include the cd, once I updated it my weather data appeared.

Need to check if your cron for BMON is working correctly? Copy your cron job, remove the time indicators and run it, if your cron is correct you will not receive any errors cd ~/webapps/bmon_django/bmon && ./manage.py runscript main_cron
